There are many vegans with food restrictions or allergies who get by without certain foods. If you are serious about considering going vegan, Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness has some resources on alternatives to diet plans involving soy and other foods. The forums may help, too. You may also want to consider adding quinoa to your diet; it is a whole protein and is great as a substitute for rice. :)

Not all vegans are 16. Not all vegans are female. Not all vegans are white. Not all vegans are from America.
Also, never having existed is not the same as being killed. Animals aren’t sitting on some fluffy clouds in heaven just waiting to be born. Cute, maybe. But it just doesn’t work that way. In any case, exploiting or killing someone because you say it’s better than them never having been born is pretty disgusting, but that’s clearly your kind of style.
Oh, and there’s nothing quite like speciesism with a side of heterosexism and racism. I AM SHOCKED. Not.
